Norwegian Cognitive Center - Prepare for change

When

30. September.

Time: 08:30 - 10:00

What

By 2025 Gartner, Accenture and World Economic Forum says; 95% of all customer interactions will be AI-powered, a third of the most important skillsets needed by then is absent today and that AI will be the most important single factor that contributes to increased value creation in many industries. We will meet several organizations who have starting their preparations to meet these future challenges and hear how Norwegian Cognitive Center can be a tool to meet the future of AI.

In this session, you will meet:

    • Ingrid Agasøster (Mjoll) - Use of AI in Media Production to make everyday life for journalists and video editors more efficient
    • Ketil Malde from UiB will give an introduction to: Artificial intelligence and the future of marine resource management
    • Sharecat - Applies data science to unlock the value of technical information for a wide range of industries, they will implement artificial intelligence to increase their technology platform’s scalability, capacity and degree of automation.
    • You will also be introduced to the AI industry sandbox (AIS). With AIS, Norwegian Cognitive Center can provide infrastructure, competence, and high-performance computing for the industry clusters. AIS is a closed environment for experimenting safely with data to build, deploy, and manage AI pilot projects in a secure environment with support from connected data scientists. The Sandbox will enable rapid development of AI solutions to solve problems, drive efficiency, and make smarter decisions for their businesses. We will construct a concept that will let companies within the different industry clusters jointly build value creation tools with collaborative capabilities across the organizations.
