Det er over 20 år siden forrige ytringsfrihetskommisjon. Siden den gang er mediebildet og offentligheten revolusjonert. Hva betyr den teknologiske utviklingen for ytringsfriheten i dag? Kan ny teknologi være en del av løsningen for å gjøre den enda bedre for enda flere?
Dette blir nøkkelspørsmål for kommisjonen. Derfor er vi glade for kunne ønske kommisjonen velkommen til Media City Bergen.
The Norwegian Freedom of Expression Commission to Media City Bergen
The Norwegian Freedom of Expression Commission is appointed by the government to explore the status of freedom of expression in Norway, as well as proposing new initiatives to improve it.
It has been 20 years since the last Norwegian Freedom of Expression Commission. Since then the media and public have been revolutionized. Which impact has the technological advancements had on the freedom of expression? Is it possible that new technology can be part of the solution to make the freedom of expression even better for even more people?
These are some of the key questions for the Freedom of Expression Commission. We are pleased to wish the Commission welcome to Media City Bergen
